Go-Karting Refund Policy

At Kelowna Karting, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for every guest. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all participants, the following refund and rescheduling policies apply:

Drop-In and Online Bookings:

  • Reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled with no penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests can be sent to bookings@kelownakarting.com or by calling 250-470-0776.
  • No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals that miss their scheduled race time.

We cannot provide refunds for the following:

  • Changes within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time.
  • Participants with a blood alcohol content (BAC) above zero or under the influence of drugs.
  • Participants who, in the opinion of our staff, pose a risk to themselves or others.
  • Late arrivals, non-attendance, or a change of mind.

While we do not issue refunds under these circumstances, we offer credit vouchers for unforeseen emergencies or exceptional situations at our discretion. These credits can be used for future races.

Event Bookings (8 or More Participants):

  • Deposits: A deposit is required to secure event bookings. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event date.
  • Cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior are eligible for a refund minus a 25% administrative fee.
  • Adjustments to Group Size: Changes to the number of participants can be made up to 48 hours before the event. Refunds or credits for reduced group sizes will not be provided after this time.
  • Rescheduling: Group bookings can be rescheduled with no penalty if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

Catering Policy for Events:

  • Cancellations: Full refund available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the event. Cancellations less than 5 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Final Confirmation: Final guest count and catering details must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event.
  • No Refunds for Leftovers: Refunds will not be provided for unused or leftover food.

Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, power outages), we will work with you to reschedule your booking or provide a refund as deemed appropriate.

Merchandise Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy for merchandise purchased through our online store. Items must be unused and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund. Personalized or custom items are non-refundable unless defective.
